The email that Quinn sent to the NYCDOE email list this week touting the City Council's work on education issues amounts to nothing more than a political ad for her mayoral campaign.

As Norm Scott notes, if a teacher did this kind of thing, they would wind up in the rubber room and brought up on termination charges.
But there are two sets of rules and standards of conduct these days - one for the elites and one for everybody else.
